Marquette University Professor James Marten will deliver the Nau Civil War Center's 2021-2022 Crozer Lecture on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, in UVA's Small Special Collections Library auditorium. His lecture, entitled "Soldiers, Civilians, and the Invention of War," will examine the experiences of the 6th Wisconsin Infantry, part of the famed Iron Brigade. The lecture will be free and open to the public.
