On Friday, February 15, UVA Law School will host a panel discussion of Professor Cynthia Nicoletti’s book, Secession on Trial: The Treason Prosecution of Jefferson Davis (Cambridge University Press, 2017).  The panel will take place in Caplin Pavilion and starts at 4 PM with a reception to follow at 5 PM.  Organized by Law professor George Rutherglen, the speakers include Laura Edwards (Duke University), Mike Ross (University of Maryland), Elizabeth Varon (UVA), and the author. No advanced registration or RSVP is required to attend.
