Congratulations to PhD candidate Katie Wu, who received UVA's 2025 Graduate Student Teaching Award for Arts and Humanities! 

During the Fall 2024 semester, she served as a teaching assistant for Professor Andrew Kahrl's course "From Redlined to Subprime: Race and Real Estate in the US" in the African-American & African Studies Department. During the Spring 2025 semester, she served as a teaching assistant for Professor Sylvia Chong's "Introduction to Asian American Studies" course in the American Studies Department.
