The Nau Civil War Center's 2023 Signature Conference, "Beyond the Battlefield: New Perspectives on Civil War Soldiers," will take place on Friday, April 14, 2023, in UVA's Small Special Collections Library auditorium. The conference will feature presentations by Elizabeth D. Leonard, Judith Giesberg, Hilary N. Green, Megan L. Bever, and Zachery A. Fry, and it will be free and open to the public.
