Post-doctoral fellow and Nau Center affiliated faculty member, Michael Caires, is helping the American Civil War Museum in Richmond design a temporary exhibit about money in the Civil War era. With a $600,000 grant from the Mellon Foundation, Caires and museum staff will design and launch the exhibit in the summer of 2018.
