Nau Center affiliated faculty member, Ervin Jordan, was recently selected to begin a three-year term as a member of the Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society Board of Directors. For more information about the historical society and its mission, please visit their website.
In addition, Professor Jordan was also recently selected by University of Virginia President Teresa A. Sullivan to the President’s Commission on the University in the Age of Segregation. He will be one of four Nau Center members on the commission, including PhD candidate Brian Neumann, Professor Elizabeth Varon, and Professor Grace Hale.
